I found my copy 20 years ago with the same transcript AND ALSO with 2 promo pictures. Do you want the scans of the pictures ?

"A few" weeks turned out to be 50 or so... sorry for that. // We're pleased to find out that some 12" promo sleeves -like this one here- are slightly smaller than the usual thing and can be obtained with just one scan. Their size is more like inner sleeves.
