Issued in 1993. Catalogue #519 951-4. The tape doesn't have the PolyGram logo engraved. Case has "PolyGram" inscripted on front and "BUATAN MALAYSIA" on back along with label adress.

Hi Webmaster! I'm not sure this Universal sticker (on the bottom spine) came with this PolyGram tape. But it came with the Universal one (#5282). I think I already sent you scans of this one. Please let me know. Thanks/Rod x

Hi ! Is there a mould "PolyGram" logo on the "little window"/center of the tape ? Mine comes with it ! And I own another malaysian tape "Show" with a "Polygram" logo at this place... Scans soon. Regards / Rod x
