1st March to 20th April - sampler date to Album release

According to the date reference on the sales team notes these samplers went out around the beginning of March - I'd always wondered when these were in circulation as the song titles on the sticker are slightly different to their final arrangements on the album - It's great seeing the artwork and sampler as a work in progress and the thought processes taking place almost on a weekly basis leading up to the release! oh and i've just recently got a copy (record and stickered sleeve only but been after this for years and years!)

As most of you pointed out, it seems like there were no two different samplers, but just one item housing the inlay AND the folder. Collectors who have item 3060 in their collections, beware this item will be removed from the site soon. We are glad to include the extra sheets sent by Cure1980. It's taken ages, Darren, sorry about that. And thanks so much for scanning them all. It's a great piece of info and a pleasure to read.

With additions like this, it's not painful to downgrade my item to incomplete! Thanks Cure1980

Adrianâ??s Records in Essex used to get all the Japanese stuff in during the 80â??s and it was cheap. 10 pounds for Hanging Garden single for example, but I never got a copy because I didnâ??t like the cover at the time!

I remember you told me that story. And the time you nearly quit "The Cure" in the 90s :) â?? I remember finding A forest Strawberrry 7 inch acetate at Ressurection Records in Camden town for 100 GBP, asking the seller WTF that was, and leaving the shop thinking to myself who would be crazy enough to pay that fortune for just a song with handwriten titles.

Plastic Passion was the name of the shop... nowadays with sites like this, OnFiction, DB's book and internet in general i would not have made that mistake-but would have also ended up paying a lot mor that 40 quid...(:
