Mine comes with a sheet with lyrics to all the songs. did other copies had this? looks legit to me. i can scan it if you're interested.

Engraved in the run-off groove is the record ref FICS+23+A and also Orlake (FICS+23+B and again 'Orlake' on side B), same with yours?
