    Bonjour ... With 'Promotional' stamp = free distributed media, radio, press, etc. ... No stamp = commercial for sale ... Regards.

    Yep, my copy has no promo stamp, no silver sticker (but evidence there maybe once was a sticker there), and no bonus 7" of Charlotte Sometimes. â?¹ï¸
