Gold star?
By

I've just picked this up with an eight pointed gold star embossed on the back of the sleeve... similar to the gold promo stamps they stamp on. Anyone know what the gold star means?

Just been lead to this discussion (how I missed this before?) I have the same gold star on the back of a copy of Faith and Pornography. Nice to hear there are others out there. to reiterate, the star is almost embedded into the sleeve so must be done during the printing of the covers rather than a surface stamp. Strange indeed.

No one seems to know for definite but it looks likely it means it's a promo... weird.

hello webmaster, if I look on your last comment from 2010, I can read "FIXD that's right" from your words. Does it mean that this is the FIXD4 version? Could you please fix it? And once again, many thanks for your ACME work here, and happy year of the monkey!
