Hi, I've got two copies with inner sleeve : The first one reads "fix6" on backsleeve, inner sleeve, spine, label & run-off groove. Also "available on cassette fixc6" on the backsleeve. The second one reads "fixd6" on backsleeve, inner sleeve, label (but still fix6 on run-off groove!) and "available on cassette fixdc6" Aren't they different items? Could anyone confirm? (I'm certainly not the only one to own it)thanks a lot!

Maybe someone can jump in who knows more about vinyl matrix numbers than me, but I believe that A 1/B 1 indicates the first pressing. Any number other than 1 after A or B would indicate a later pressing. The bigger the number, the later the pressing. This is the 'cut number' which refers to which version of the stamper is being used for pressing. Also, the 'triangle' or 'delta' symbol indicates a change or revision, so that might mean a later pressing. Information here--

Regardless of which version may be considered first issue, no doubt that two different catalogue numbers make 2 different items to us.

At first, I agree with you about the run-off groves, they're tiny differences between fix6 & fixd6. The A-side text on my fix6 is also black. But I disagree on other things, to my mind, the darker sleeve is the fix6, and the more glossy inner sleeve is the "fix6" not the "fixd6". I've seen on the old UK advert for "Faith - new album" (for example it's reproduced in the "10 imaginary years" book) that the reference is fix6, maybe we could consider the fix6 as the first issue and the fixd6 as a later issue ? Cheers

oops, this time run-off groove in latin characters: tiny difference on B-side run-off groove: fix6 reads "FIX6 B // 3 [triangle]E M" & fixd6 reads "FIX6 B // 4 [triangle] E M".

Hi Paneuropean, I checked my 2 copies (fix6 & fixd6) with inner sleeve , no "adrenaline" anywhere but a tiny difference on B-side run-off groove: fix6 reads "FIX6 B//3â??E M" & fixd6 reads "FIX6 B//4â?½E M". The only other thing I knew about the fix6 with inner is that it seems to be 2 versions with different A-side text: one with text & another with black text. I own a black A-side text copy. Is your fix6 A-side text black or white? Otherwise, my fixd6 sleeve seems to be darker than the fix6 & the fixd6 inner a little more glossy than the fix6. So, that's all I can tell about these fix6 & fixd6 with inner, hope it helps!

Hi ! I also got a copy with fix6 (on labels, run-off, inner sleeve, back sleeve). [but no "adrenaline" in the run-off]. I've noticed that the inner sleeve for the fix6 issue is more glossy than the one with the fixd6 issue. Should we make two different items ? Any specialist here to tell us what is the first issue and what is the later issue ??? Siamese, could you check your both inner sleeve and tell me your opinion about that ? Cheers

My disc with inner sleeve reads fix 6, not fixd 6. Curemember: Does your copy with insert read fixd 6 or fix 6? Also, does it have the word "Adrenaline" in the run-off?
