I remember well, I got this record in spring 1991 from a Cure collector. This collector (Frederic Lemaitre) was an old collector who had seen the band live since 1981. We discussed about Cure/Siouxsie gigs he seen in 81-84 and his experience as a Cure collector. I do not remember when he found himself this record. I couldn't scan the run-off (I will try with a camera) but the run-off is identical to the Belgian edition and the "white" label comes from a recycled red Polydor label from another artist stuck on the red part.
