hi all, i came across a different version of this single (and different to the pic sleeve copy here also). it has the credits on the labels formatted differently. very happy to find a new early undiscovered 7"! will upload pics soon if someone doesn't beat me to it - as i imagine a few of you may have it in your collection already, but listed as this item.

    Bonjour ... Bravos I had not noticed either !!! I have the two also ... One with the illustrated slv and the text 'The Cure' 'Original sound ... (2-lines) ... The other with cover "WEA" blue gradient and the text 'The Cure. Original sound ... (1 line) ... In Autralia as in other countries (UK, Ireland, US, France, Spain, South America ...) 7"and some 12" were sold under two different covers ... A first prize with standard edition cover (Polydor, Elektra, CBS ...) ... the other (more expensive) with commercial cover ... There are at least two editions ... What is the first ??? The first and second edition are now known and have been sold under the two types of covers as I can see by looking at other sites ... http://www.discogs.com/Cure-Th... ... and the photos that I has ... So for the collection it may found 4 x 7" with a different presentation (I forget voluntarily Australian stickers 'RRP' !!!). Regards.

    hehe, another one here. Not sure which one you have, but I have this sentence on one line" The Cure. Original sound recording". Was that similar to you Rod or redhill?

    Yes, we've deleted the images. We've known the sample sleeves you sent are not the original sample sleeves.
