Bought in France, in a national supermarket chain. To make a complete set, this comes with sticker and bonus disc. Pictures sent. My sticker reads "inclus CD COLLECTOR", and bonus disc is silver, with matrix: 4112 00 L7. As you may have noticed on other releases, the sticker line may be slightly different, and the bonus disc may be gold. I don't know if that always happened, but at least with my bonus disc, quite rapidly, I don't know if that's because or heat or what, but the bonus disc became impossible to take of the plastic sleeve. The design got like 'sticked' inside, and if you tried to open the plastic sleeve, all you were to have is the design to be peeled of the record like glue on the inner plastic side, and thus ruining it.
