Hello, Why is there such a promo acetate of kaa by Elektra in 1989? Also, what is written? Thanks

    It was one of a number of different tracks by The Cure that Elektra Records had specially cut as individual acetates around 88/89. It is thought they were cut for specific promotional use by a handful of American radio stations. Approx 15-20 acetates of each track were cut.
