I just got a copy of this without a sleeve (it's just in the inner white sleeve) for £30 from ebay. I asked the seller if it had lost its sleeve but he says it's just an extra from the original pressing. So it would seem that there are extra copies around without sleeves apart from the 7x7 prize set.

    Good find! There is a list in this months Record Collector. The RSD single (ones with cover) is estimated (their pricing) to sell for around £80. 'Wishful' thinking! Don't think I've seen one go for less than £400 with several on EBay now for over £800 with BIN.
